David will send me bull/buck ratio charts for Saddle/Wilson/Trask.

 

Other 2 attendees (not listed above) say they've seen massive counts of whitetails in northern Saddle -- greater than black tail.

Disputed by other attendees (afterwards).

 

David says there are 43 moose in NE Oregon according to local survey.  Supposes there may be as many as 50.

 

They're dropping Starkey Exp. Forest cow tags from 55 to 11.

Objection recorded.

 

McGregor cow would be a good hunt.  At request of Stimson.  Was a damage hunt last year.

 

Adding cow hunt to Starkey to address ag damage.  Presumably in 2008.
