Topic:  Tribes of the Grand Ronde Ceremonial Harvest Proposal

Presentation.

Q&A.

Not a new issue.  Has been a concern since restoration of tribe recognition in 1983 by the Fed.  Condition was release of hunting privilege.

Animal/meat is used for ceremonies (funerals, weddings, etc.).

All of animal is used.

Ceremonial hunters would still be eligible for standard tags for themselves.

Point made that ceremonial hunters do not benefit from take in any way.

We'll review at home, then at next meeting we'll suggest changes and adopt new bylaws.
