Motion made and approved to accept the Columbia Chapter Bylaws as ours.

MISSION STATEMENT
Motion made and approved to recommend to State OHA that they leave the State Mission statement as is.

2009 FUNDRAISER DATE
State banquet on May 16. We just staff that, and run the silent auction.
Decision made: Next year's chapter banquet set for April 25.

TICKET TYPES
Decision made to use 5-pack ticket sheets instead of old theater tickets.

MURDERER'S CREEK PROJECT
(Pitching in for sprinklers for habitat fields.)
$2300 pitched in so far (+ $6000 from Redmond Chapter)
Motion made and approved to send them $500.

ROBERTS FURS

We get 1/2 off.
Will go ahead and get something -- perhaps a coat and a wrap.

ELK TESTING
(E.G. checking for contamination from farm elk.)
Kelly has been cited for fences in disarray.
Decision made to proceed with testing (funding and organizing).

2008 BANQUET
Board divvied up businesses to solicit for donations.
AR: Brian has Elsie businesses (Elderberry, Baker's, Oney's, Camp 18).
Norm will be printing color fliers (order forms). Get some to leave at businesses (especially Baker's).

LEUPOLD SCOPE OFFER
Board selected which items to order.
Lots of slobbering going on…. (Did I record that?!)

Will also get a set of Crimson Trace laser sights.

Hot air balloon ride. We pay $225.
